Discover the different 'terroirs' of Bordeaux with these 3 awarded wines from Mouton Cadet; St-Emillon, Graves and Medoc.

2015 Mouton Cadet Graves

The Graves vineyard is located along the Garonne river to the south of the city of Bordeaux. Home of exceptional wines, the Graves appellation has all the attributes of a great terroir.
The vines are planted on gentle, well exposed slopes. The soil is pebbles, sand and clay deposits that retain heat, enabling the grapes to ripen continuously. The wines are balanced, elegant fruit forward.

  • Region: Graves, Bordeaux, France

The vineyard stretches all around the town. The vines are planted on fairly steep hills and plateaux consisting of a sandy layer over clay subsoil. Saint-Émilion has an early-ripening terroir which helps Merlot grapes reach full maturity. It produces fruit-forward and refined wines with a solid yet creamy tannic structure.
