From vines planted between 1993 and 2006, on only 0.32 of a hectare, this chardonnay is not to be missed.

- Winemaking: Gently crushed before pressing, ambient yeast fermentation in barrels, complete malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in barrels (10-20% new) and 4 additional months in stainless steel tanks. No fining, light filtration when necessary.
