We love this beautiful country of ours, but it’s a BIG country, and there’s a lot of ground to cover…
We’ve answered off a bunch of frequently asked questions below. However, anything not covered, or if you’d prefer to get in touch we’d love to hear from you!
What do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat $20 per order, but shipping is FREE when you order 6 bottles or more and for any order over $300.
How long will my delivery take?
We deliver with Home Delivery Services and Australia Post for more remote locations.
In general, it’s 3-5 business days in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, 4-8 business days in other eastern metro areas, 5-9 business days in Perth, and up to 2 weeks in rural areas.
Please keep in mind that sometimes the timelines may increase due to weather or other factors.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver to most residential or business addresses, and our delivery partners will aim to deliver directly to your door.
Can my wine be left if I’m not home?
It sure can! Please keep in mind our drivers need to stay within sight of their van, so may not be able to follow all delivery instructions.
Can I redirect my order?

Why did I only receive part of my delivery at once?
To get your wines to you as fast as possible the delivery drivers may just take what is available or what they can fit on the truck at once, and in some instances your order might comprise wines stored in two locations. This means sometimes you receive a ‘partial delivery’ and in general the rest of the delivery will arrive within 2-3 days or less. If that doesn’t happen then please get in contact with us on 1800 891 720 or email hello@bootleggers.com.au.
Do you offer express shipping?
