Award-winning 5 Star Halliday winery in the Eden Valley, Barossa
A beautiful textural and perfumed Rosé with pale blush pink colour.

- Aroma: This elegant rosé is made from Eden Valley Sangiovese. This wine shows delicate citrus notes and rose petals.
- Colour: Pale pink in colour.
- Palate: Dry mineral finish.
- Wine making: Our small parcel of Eden Valley Sangiovese was pressed directly off skins to achieve our desired blush pink colour, before cold-setting for 48 hours. Fermenting at cool temperatures with a small number of solids, allowed us to create our beautiful textural and perfumed wine. Finally, our Sangiovese was fermented dry, and then filtered and bottled early to preserve freshness.
