Skerk Vitovska

Vitovska is the most restrained of the indigenous varieties to Carso, showing a more savoury edge. The focus and intensity of the wine will allow it to provide further development in bottle.

About the winemaker

Skerk's production is very small, totally natural and involves skin contact with indigenous white varieties. Sandi Skerk produces some of the Carso region’s best; delicious textural wines with great personality, plenty of depth and friendly richness which makes them more approachable than some of the wines of his contemporaries.

Sandi is one of the great winemakers making natural wine elegantly; his wines show impressive clarity, balance, and depth on the palate.
